Sweet November!!

Happy Halloween all!!!! Hope your day (and night) was filled with Treats AND Tricks!

Last night was a big step in our house. The boy went Trick or Treating with out his parents. He picked out his costume (the Scream Mask), grabbed a flashlight, pillowcase for the goods, and a walkie-talkie (we are not CRAZY) and headed out. He checked in every so often and always stayed in the group. He had a nice haul and had a good time. We had about 60 so odd kids, WAY up from the ONE last year and THREE before that! Now it's countdown to Turkey Day the Christmas. We made a pact this year to send out the Christmas Cards, THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING instead of the day before Christmas. We'll see how that goes.

Tomorrow is the BIG day, you know, the last day of election commercials! I cannot wait. Oh and be sure to vote! Vote Bush, Vote Kerry, Vote Nader, just vote. More importantly vote on local issues, even if your area is predominately the opposing party, get out there and make your voice heard locally. The most important right was have as Americans and less than 48% use it. Tomorrow, do the right thing.

And, yes, I'll be voting tomorrow! It will be an interesting Tuesday, that's for sure.
