Hello again it's me.   Been a while I know.

Started working out again last week.  Today was my first full day.  Did alright and saw some old workout pals.  Felt good to be up and moving!  Let's see who the rest of the day goes!

Looking for a good read and have not been able to find it yet.  I will but it is hard to figure out what I am really in the mode for.

Family is good and all.  Just not wanting to write lately.  Hopefully I am back for a while.
